Make Life Less Difficult
Make Life Less Difficult
Sophie Cerella: Mountain Adventures, Intentional Living, & Autism
My guest today is Sophie Cerella.
Sophie is a student at the International School in Como, Italy, where she lives with her family. Originally from the US, Sophie has lived in a number of places around the world because of her father’s military career.
It is a distinct honor to have Sophie on as a guest, and in fact, my youngest guest up until now! Sophie and I connected after both her dad and mom were guests. If you haven’t had the pleasure of listening to those conversations, take some time to look up Tony Cerella’s episodes and Bethany Cerella.
Sophie and I talk about a variety of things including how she manages her time on social media and technology, what it’s been like for her growing up internationally, acting now to get the most out of life, and more.
Sophie, thank you for this engaging and inspiring conversation. At 15, you have a tremendous amount of wisdom and a thoughtful approach to life. I hope to have many more conversations in the future! And I look forward to seeing how life continues to unfold for you.
